This is RIDICULOUS it’s says they open at 8 and I’ve been here since 7:50am..it’s now 9:27am and they still not open yet…UNBELIEVABLE

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible! I arrived a minute before my 2pm appointment and the door was locked, I checked the website and saw that the service was supposed to be until 5pm. I knocked and saw people inside: CONVERSING AND LAUGHING and no one opened the door for me. I called and obviously they did not answer, I left the voice message, I sent an email to the Chancellor and so far I have received a response. I remembered a lot how bureaucratic public servants are in Ecuador and it makes me so sad and ashamed that this extends to international bodies.
