Took my daughter who has been going here since she was 6 years old to the walk-in clinic the staff was extremely rude and turned away all walkins. My daughter left in tears. 26 years we have been loyal to them and to have the staff be so rude is inexcusable

So surprised and disappointed with what was suppose to be an complete “annual physical” that only entailed vitals, listening to a breath once in front once in back. My husband is over 60, Diabetic and after a brief barely exam, hes good to go for another year....???? hmmmm. What happened to preventative health care- common and recommended tests or screening or general exam for ie prostate, colon, cholesterol to name a few. Being Diabetic- I’m surprised he’s never asked how his glucose levels average, any skin, tingling or numbness, eyesight issues. He’s never been asked how frequent he awakes at night to use the bathroom. There’s a family history of complications due to diabetes- I would think his physician would be concerned, take the time to perform an complete annual physical for someone his age and with consideration of the added complication of his Diabetes diagnosis. I still like to believe that Doctors care about their patients- & this kind of in-out examination handling is rare and perhaps a miss-step with Dr. Shaw. If Prostate cancer or another form of Cancer, or serious illness could be prevented with being “actually” examined were a priority, then I would think then he would have had the full annual examine a man over 60 should have. Sadly there’s every indication caring about his patient in this instance is quite the contrary. BTW- I called immediately after the appointment to express my concerns and was promised a call back. Haven’t heard from anyone so far. I sincerely hope that Dr Shaw remembers why he is a Physician and his invaluable role he has in the lives of others.
