Linda who works in the resolution department is amazing!!!! She has gone above and beyond to get my court case settled . I appreciate her thoughtfulness and consideration. It's hard to find people who put 100% into their jobs anymore and Linda is a rare gem , she deserves recognition.

The guards at the door are always professional and curious. The inside of the court house is clean and easy to navigate. The people there are willing to assist you in answering questions and pointing you in the right direction. Since they have redone some things due to the virus there is never a line and no waiting at all. I wish all the court houses could be like this one. If you have any legal matters in the mesa area I highly suggest taking care of it here! They even have a veterans court which as a veteran my self I am very appreciative and have used that particular option. One of the very best defenders at this location is Mrs. Laurel Workman I highly suggest her. She has a private practice throughout the valley if you're in need of criminal defense or any legal aspects of municipal Court I would highly suggest looking her up!!

Looks as though this place is still a den of corrupt law enforcement and litigators.. pure revenue generation from the People that they are supposedly there to help. May God reach down and smite the corrupt Gov actors here and everywhere acrossed the United States

www.usa.gov can show you how and where
I would suggest you call to find out here's the jury information number (602) 506- 5879 hope this helps
Sure, it's called UBER.
Closed on Christmas
Yes you can. Go in and they will direct you where to go
You can walk in the court room and actually see the judge in person. Video visits are not happening at this time
Go talk to clerk of court. Its a civil case. If in the death of a family member or spouse that owns said safety deposit box, you will need to speak with their attorney or Guarantor
They do have homeless court for situations like that it's once a month. Not sure what day it is but I would call the courts and find out

How else are you gonna prove you completed the course? I see you still don't know how to use your brain, are you from Denver Colorado? My reply was uncalled for, but maybe you'll contemplate before you ask a question that you can answer yourself.
I believe you don't have to take the DDC there in Mesa. As for the second I dont know, but call them during business hours, their reps will be able to answer your questions better.
Monday - Thursday between 330pm and 530pm
That's a good question. I recommend you call and ask. Fyi this office is closed on Fridays.
Stop by anyway and see what they can do
7:00am
No
Call the Courthouse and ask them.
Did you call the Court to find out what you need to do?
Hi Kelly. Your Court date likely isn't in the Mesa city court because your court date is on a Friday and the city Court isn't open on Friday.
The City of Mesa government offices and court are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day - January Martin Luther King Jr./Civil Rights Day -January President's Day - February Memorial Day - May Independence Day - July Labor Day - September Veteran's Day - November Thanksgiving Day - November Day after Thanksgiving - November Christmas Day - December
Yes you can get an extension over the phone but i would just go in youd see the judge within the hour of talking to the clerk
Yes. Whatever you do, don't just not show up.
There is a Drop box on the Wall for Payments of some kind. But am not sure exactly wich payments are excepted in that Box.
The Courthouse is only closed on July 4th. The Courthouse will be open Mon, Tues & Thursday as normal. Always closed on Fridays.
A continuance? You would walk up to the counter and right by the entrance and ask the clerk shell either tell you to go to a courtroom or take a number to wait in line
Your wife can request it in the divorce decree. However, you can fight it
There are guidelines based on how long you were married and whether or not she has her own income /retirement
Your court date has passed and a warrant for your arrest has been issued by the court for not showing up.
Im not sure about the check but answer to that may be on their website. As far as getting lower payment ...if you still have a payment plan setup then go through them to ask about that. If not and especially if you missed a Court date about the fine...then you will have to see the judge about it....just walk in abd ask to see the judge.
Your court paper should tell you what court you attend if its a misdemeanor you go to the municipal court if its a felony you go to the superior court
You have to go to the court the payment arrangement section and they issue the abstract. However I had to see a judge first to get the abstract
No but you do have to call the court with a payment confirmation number
They are only open mon-thurs
Go to their website, you can make payments there. I'd much rather pay online than going in person.
You can print out your own divorce packet, from the self service site, or you can go down to the court help center and buy the packet under $10 and do it yourself you will have to pay for the filing fee's yourself which is about $350.
Yes
You need to go in and ask. Should be Mon thru Thursdays
