It is health red flagged for a reason! Case manager does nothing but lie and made up stories come out of her mouth one after another. This place looks nice but its responsible for my loves death and she was only 57.

Office staff very helpful and patient. My wife's nursing staff during the week days, very good also. Some weekends kind of tough. Considering the condition of my wife, they did a good job. Thanks to everyone ,especially Marco.

All physical therapy debt was the best! Food left a lot to be desired. You could wait sometimes a very long time for your light to be answered. Seemed as though aides had too many people to handle.

My mother has had two stays at Sante. The therapy, nursing, and CNA staff are excellent! Unfortunately, they are understaffed and I was dissatisfied with care manager and physician communication. I submitted a formal complaint and although I was told that my issues would be review and that someone would contact me, administration never contacted me to resolve or understand the problem.

We transport patients to a local dialysis facility.
We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.
