They wanted to charge me $200 because of pet hair on the trunk. Also, they take forever to help you (even with reservation), the car they gave me had over 60k miles on it and wasn’t the cleanest. Better pay a little more and go with enterprise.

I have rented from this location a few times now. I have not encountered any issues reserving a car from here, and getting my rental within minutes. Jessica and Al were very understanding, and were able to accommodate my requests.

Rental for the holidays. Picked up rental for a trip was assigned a Nissan Sentra. realized noise from the engine. Car had 40k miles wow. First time I've seen that many miles on a hertz vehicle. Went back to change out. Not crazy about the options offered. Settled on a Rogue As a long time customer would expect better
