I am ashame that BJs in Coral Springs would allow a dog with a dog bed inside the shopping cart. I am animal lover, but when you put an animal in a place that I l put food in it beyond comprehension. This is not a service dog. According to ADA service dogs performs an act that alerts a person of dangers or other events. Lap or companion dogs (animal) are not protected under the ADA. This was a companion dog.in the shopping cart. I will be reporting this to the City and County health unit.

I joined BJ's primarily to save money on gas, but the experience has been a great disappointment because on any given day I can find cheaper gas near me, even when you buy gas with the Mastercard credit card! That's why I chose 3 stars instead of 5 stars. It's convenient to shop at a club that has such a variety of items, but I'm single and often cannot buy family packs if they are perishable items. More likely than not, I will not be renewing my membership there. Plus, the closest store is about 9-10 miles away from my residence... Sorry BJ's, but today is not your day!

The bank that holds this BJ’s credit card is Comenity Bank, they have the worst customer service, they don’t have an app, you have to use the website only. If you set up autopay and make numerous payments before then, they will still process the autopay on top of all your payments. No other credit card company does that! They are so old school operations and not friendly. So disappointed ☹️ overall. I ONLY like the card for the cheaper gas.

I experienced terrible customer service at this location that I’ve never received at any bj location and I’m coming from up north. First I was attacked at the door to show my bjs card and then upon leaving the man at the door on 2/15/2022 @ 9:00pm took his time checking around my cart and inside my basket but let the people directly behind me walk out in seconds. Let’s keep in mind my boyfriend and I are African American and Hispanic. I call it how I see it ! Racist . Need to do better, second time at this location and a different set of employee doing the same thing. I will not be returning to this location and now considering my membership with bjs.
