Purchased tickets online to the wrong movie. Doesn’t give the option to change the movie (same day just 15 min later trying online) called customer service they said send email. I needed tickets so purchased correct ones 15-30min later and canceled the other. The won’t honor me or gift card me $3.60 or whatever booking fee. It sounds trivial but money is money people and I booked it myself. The manager was clueless and not helpful giving me suggestions that were not applicable.

Before the pandemic this was my go to theartre now I bite the bullet and drive to the cinemark. The lines at this regal are always crazy slow because tickets are self serve or you have to buy them at concession. Went in today and was completely ignored. I was the only customer on line at concessions waiting to redeem a ticket and I was completely ignored. The girl behind the counter was doing something??? Which is fine but I stood their for 20 minutes and she didn't even acknowledge my existence not even to tell me oh its gonna be 10 minutes I have to make chicken tenders or whatever she was doing. When she finished her task she walked away leaving me standing at concessions I walked over to the managers stand. She had been on her phone and was annoyed I guess that I had interrupted and told me I could only buy my ticket at concessions which was dead??? Mind you this is like 2 pm so it's not like I'm here at a completely off time??? I just left, the theartres here are always filthy anyways wish they hadn't wasted my time or at least been polite about it.

Horrible experience I bought 8 tickets for my family to enjoy The new jurassic World movie. We spent 150.00 on tickets and another 90.00 at the concession stand. The theater was warm inside and was very uncomfortable, At the end of the movie we we told by worker in the hallway (the air conditioner was broken and not working in the theater. We proceeded to speak the manager, and also informed us the air has been off in that theater. ( I would think the proper thing to do is advise the people about the problem at hand and maybe shut theater 15 down. Maybe move movie to another theater maybe offer refunds but no the manager said after my wife asked her what would you do and she said I would’ve left the theater. For a manager that’s not proper to say I would expect a refund and maybe more. No air-conditioning working you are putting everybody at risk of disease inside people sneezing coughing. I would hope that something we done about this.

This theater is gross. Worse experience so far in Florida. The chairs and ground were filthy. The fountain drinks tasted like dirty tap water. The theater was hot and managment was asked 3 times to fix the temperature. Concessions was poorly stocked. And the recliners do not recline much, it's more of a leg elevator. All in all, never returning.

Yes but not at this particular Regal Cinemas check one with an RPX or IMAX theater they probably have 3D if it's a RPX or IMAX Regal theater
