Happened to be here in Phoenix during my trip and was glad i was able to find a location for my donation. So happy to say that the staff here is amazing and super quick with the process. Want to give a shoutout to Kameesha and Mayra for their super friendly customer service. Highly recommend this location.

I'm not sure how they choose who is qualified to insert the needle , but I have been here twice now and and two separate people have been UN-EXPERIENCED, missing my vein completely causing swelling and other major pain. For some people this is a source of income so I hope that they will take my comments into consideration and start making their patients more comfortable and applying the proper training for those who need it.

I wouldn’t recommend donating at this location. They are extremely over booked and the receptionist are unprofessional and rude. I have came back multiple times and rescheduled due to their lack of communication. I haven’t had any luck donating nor my promotions being redeemed, etc. I have been a donor for more than four years and have never experienced the problems I have here at the BioLife of Phoenix.

Website won't let you schedule a appointment. No one picks up the phone, even at the slowest hours of the day. I wanted to donate but I guess i'll go somewhere else.Useless.

This isn't the review area. It's the question and answer area.
Hello Sierra, You will need to have proof of residency for the Phoenix location. Here are the items you can bring in along with your valid ID and social security card: Items to use for proof of address: Utility bill with your full name listed, Lease agreement with your full name listed, or Piece of mail postmarked in the last 30 days with your full name listed (not junk mail). You can even mail yourself a letter and bring that in (as long as it’s postmarked).
Your new piercing will affect your donation. And you can donate even if your not full-time resident.
Yes you can
I didn't notice I'll check and contact you. they don't answer the phone 😂. Busy perhaps 😜
40.00 for first visit of week and 80. 00 for second
Depends on the promotion, but the first 8 are usually around 90 - 100...coming to talk to staff helps with explaining more and they have flyers sitting out
Hello,The New Donor coupon does not combine with any other offer. However, if you've donated at least once and refer a friend-you will be able to get that $100 bonus after they donate twice (even if you're still on a new donor coupon).Thank you.
Hello Donna,Yes-you need to be at least 18 years old in order to donate.Thank you.
Hello,You can always mail yourself a letter- we just need a piece of mail with your name on it that has been postmarked in the last 30 days. Junk mail won't count, but if you have any other mail that will work too.Or you can share a renter/lease agreement or a utility bill with your name.Thank you!
I believe they are doing a 900 in the first month promotion. Other than that Its 20 the first donation and 100 the second if made in the same week.
For me it's drinking a gallon of water so everything flows well. They should tell you what you iron levels are tho
They are currently offering $1200 right now
You can drive as soon as you're finished you walk right out and get in your car..... The procedure will take an hour depending on how much they take

Currently a promotion for new donors going on where you can get $700 if you do 8 donations in a month.
Yes!!! As long as your heart rate and blood pressure are at the levels that they require, you should be just fine!!
I know they ask about it each visit in the questionnaire but I would call to verify.
CSL pays more anyway
Yes. They have to give at least 3 squeezes to your balls and go no less than 2 knuckles inside if you want the money.
From my understanding blood type has nothing to do with wanting to donate a separate the blood from the plasma so therefore you don't have to worry about your blood type and yes they do perform a physical very basic though but furthermore you should have no problems I say go for it
So what is the pay for new doners
