For me it's drinking a gallon of water so everything flows well. They should tell you what you iron levels are tho
So you should have healthy protein levels all the time, however extra protein the day before and of are highly recommend.
With donating plasma everything you consume the Day before, food, water etc contributes to the Donation. It's not what you consume hours before you donate. The center wants people to eat before so they don't pass out. Peanut butter is the only food item that I know of that boosts your protein too high. Oh and Almond milk will also boost your protein way up there !! FYI : Everyone is different because of your size and diet. It takes time to know for sure how things will effect you. Medications play a role in your results too. If your healthy and fit you should adjust fine after a month.
