Need more staffing you set an appointment and you don't even get seen for another half hour to an hour after your appointment is scheduled constantly waiting for beds but the staff is very friendly

Yeah Alex, I was going to the bio life on 59th and bell, they don't even answer the phones at that location. I switch to the greenway and 33rd street location and things sun smooth. Im able to get in twice a week. And if I have a question the staff is there to answer the phone
