Last minute booking that ended up being a success! The general manager encouraged us to park our truck and trailer sideways at no extra cost or inconvenience, and the front desk assistant Cindy was super nice, funny, and helpful! Hotel rooms were spacey with room for our pets! 100% recommend here if you need pet friendly accommodations and great customer service!

I have multiple bed bug bites from staying here over the weekend. This hotel is disgusting and needs to be shut down ASAP!!!!!!!!! They trick people with how nice the lobby looks but the rooms have a bad smell they have bed bugs! Worse hotel experience ever

Nice staff. I've stayed a few times and never had any issues. Pets are allowed and I've never gotten a room that smelled like a animal has been there so that's a plus.

As a business man I can appreciate that it is not easy to keep a tight grip on every location HOWEVER, this is by far one of the most disappointing places I've stayed. First their call service booked me for a location in Texas instead of Florida, realizing on check in they then told me I had to pay premium (more) because I'm checking in on a weekend and then greeted by a very very old musky horrible odor on the floor! Furniture falling apart, dirty carpet, woke to a barage of cops on our floor and the "breakfast" was an insult! A small orange, a 6oz bottle of water and a cheap protein bar in a brown paper bag is dishonest and unforgiving! We needed fresh towels and was told we had to bring old towels to front desk and collect fresh towels ourselves. I will not tell others what to do, but personally if a LaQuinta executive cannot stay at this location with his family and be pleased , then I personally will NOT be staying here again until it is closed and fully refurbished and staff retrained as well as offer value for money.
