Horrible. Never again. Just drove an hour in traffic. Got there at 4:25pm my appointment was at 4:30pm. Refused to see me. This was Only to refill my prescription I get every month.

Thank you for the question. We do accept AARP UnitedHealthcare but not Optum. So, Unfortunately, the short answer is "no". Optum isn’t letting any providers on their network right now. If you're interested in seeing one of our physicians, you would need to call them to find out who is on their network and possibly appeal to see AZ Pain Doctors.
I agree with the question. It is the most aggravating telephone service I have ever received at any doctors office anywhere from anybody!.
