A housekeeping-associate named "Joan" made it her personal-business, that I received my car keys (the following morning), that I had misplaced. She also makes sure that the first floor rooms are perfectly-cleaned. Ida (the asst mngr of the front desk), always goes out of her way to see to it that I have a early check-in when available.

We have lived here for quite a while. Aida is the best! Couldn't ask for a better manager. The employees are all decent,love the cleaners and I can't forget Austin he's awesome too. Like any hotel you have unruly guests however I will say they do their best to control it. Anyways we love you guys!

I'm staying in this hotel just because my company is paying for it. If I had to pay for it I'll choose something different. They have a "no smoking policy" that looks like no one respect because there's a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana all over elevator and hallways. On the other hand is the price per night, it's really to expensive for the quality and the things they have to offer for the price.
