The girl on the front desk was very bland and not personable. She never looked me in the eye when speaking to me. When I sat down the customer next to me leaned over and said: She's not in a good mood is she? I said, I guess not.

If there was an option for no stars. I would have definitely made sure it was no stars. First we came in from Scottsdale because they had openings for my husband sore throat today. Both insurances that we currently have are listed on their insurance plan. They refused to take either or and said they don’t take them. So paid 100.00 out of pocket. Jesenia at the check in desk was definitely not professional and rude. She should not have been able to deal with clients at all. I will contact the main office on Monday to let them know how there clinic is being ran and how it is definitely not family friendly.

Jesenia was not profesional at all had an bad attitude about everything , when patients show up already feel bad and you have someone like her at the front desk just makes it worst... if i could give 0 stars i would !!

No, depends on if u have insurance or not. If you have insurance a physical maybe covered at 100% depending on your plan

Usually isn't a wait at all. I don't recall a time I had to wait actually. But If there is I'd imagine fairly short
