They need to realize people forget to scan items literally had 6 things and watched a person with a cart full of groceries walk out without checking. Instead you stop me, and ask if I would like to pay for said item loudly for no reason. Why would I not want the item obviously it was an error. Older white gentleman long hair, you need to learn customer service not everyone is stealing and you come off as rude. Will go to another location as I was checked again leaving the store a second time even with the new receipt the lady was still trying to see the other one.

The customer service here is very disorganized. There partnership with Instacart is disorganized as well.

Don't use the service where they shop for you for food. I was rushing and didn't check every piece of my order; they gave me Celery that shouldn't have been on the shelf, much less given to a customer. I was planning to do my weekly grocery shopping this way, to avoid the crazy lines, since I'm working so much overtime. They lost my trust. I'll stick with salmon and lunch meat, (except for the mediocre descaling, I've had good experiences) and get, pretty much everything else, elsewhere.

This is mostly bulk shopping. There’s rotisserie chicken, fruit, electronics and other items that are not sold in bulk however. The membership fee starts at $55 annually for up to two people. I opt for the free trial membership to take advantage of the discounts offered, I do not usually do bulk shopping because I enjoy weekly grocery instead only occasionally needed with bulk, grocery shopping is therapeutic for me. Employee Dustin and others helped me with returns and to sign up. There’s a Dunkin Donut inside, however, gone are the delicious hotdogs BJ’s used to offer for sell. There is also an optical section and BJ’s Liquors next door as well. Receipts are checked at the exit and Sara does a great job scanning the receipt and directing visitors who may require any assistance. There is plenty of parking.
