I lived here for years. The whole driveway through is horrendous and it is never salted properly in the winter so your car could be stuck in a spot for days when it snows. Old appliances and out dated kitchen, bathroom and bedroom amenities, although they are renovating. Club house amenities and the laundry rooms are lacking. The leasing staff are super nice but not the maintenance so much. Honestly, for what you are asked to pay...its just not worth it when other similarly priced complexes offer much more.

Overall, decent staff and neighbors. Comfortable apartment. However, there is a decent amount of property crime. After my vehicle was broken into, I walked around the entire complex and it was very noticeable that other vehicles are getting vandalized. Broken glass in parking spots, vehicles(vans) with plywood blocking broken glass, vehicles with plastic coverings. Its amazing how oblivious you can be until you start actively paying attention. my neighbors vehicle was broken into the same day as mine. Its been over a month and they are still driving around without a window. I suspect they are unable to afford to replace it and its obvious there's others in the same boat. Make sure you are capable of saving money so that you won't be stuck driving an unsecured and chilly vehicle. Lived here for a year now, and it’s one of the best complexes I’ve ever lived in. Apartment staff is always so helpful and nice, they helped me right away when I had a few problems in my apartment. Got help out as soon as possible. The grounds are really nice and well kept. Neighbors are quiet but do smoke pretty often so sometimes the smell can leak inside. Nothing a fan can’t fix. I’ve had major bug problems at all my other apartments and am happy to say we’ve only got the occasional spider—woohoo! Overall I really look forward to staying here as long as possible. Highly recommend!

I am a current resident since November 2018 and I have really no complaints towards the management of this apartment complex! The staff is always nice, resident neighbors are quiet and friendly, no loud music, no parties. Parking is almost always available. I've only had to park far from my apartment a handful of times. Since we moved in, they are always building/remodeling something, like the sidewalks etc. The road inside the apartment complex is a little rough, but I know they will be fixing it next year or so. After one year, they've only increased our rent by $25 and put us on month to month! How cool is that!. Last apartment complex increased our rent by $200 because they remodeled the club house! Yikes! I am really happy at this apartment and the location is perfect! 2 min from I5, 5 min from 405, 5 min from Costco, Alderwood mall, anything you want! This is the first apartment complex I am actually happy at! If I had to add a suggestion, would be that credit card/online rent pay be available.
