I went to this bank to get money from my TX ATM card and it said there would be a $3 fee. When I checked my account they had charged me $9. I would never pay $9 to get my own money. Very dishonest bank imagine all the money they have made by doing this to customers using their ATM cards for vacation money. Shameful and sad.

Teller shorted me thirty dollars. When I addressed the discrepancy she refused to continue to help me. She walked away refusing to fulfill any customer service duties. The bank manager wasn't even on site. I immediately filed a complaint. This was days ago and Wells Fargo has yet to contact me. I will NOT use this branch again.

Employees will announce your withdrawal to the whole lobby and count it loudly for everyone in the building to hear how much cash you are walking out with. This is a common south florida scam where you will be marked and robbed in the parking lot followed to your next stop and robbed there. I had to take out some cash to pay rent and asked Charlene to count my withdrawal discretely and put it in an envelope she then proceeds to say very loudly in a full lobby "here is your withdrawal, all 100's! I just have to run in through the machine now!" After which she put the whole withdrawal out on the counter and when i asked it to be put in an envelope shes pushes the cash out the window at me and then walks slowly over to grab an envelope from the other side of the room meanwhile im there in front of 20 strangers trying to make sure my withdrawal doesnt fall all over the floor because of how she pushed out of the window. I had asked her several times not to make my withdrawal a big announcement and she did it anyway multiple times as if to prove some kind of point. When i told the manager how dangerous that is in a high crime area where this branch is located, about it the manager did not care. Be careful at this branch often time employees tip off people outside to rob you even by text message or in between guy sitting in the lobby. Make sure you first sit down with a banker in private and explain to them that you want to be safe when taking out cash even then many bankers at this location will parade your cash around the whole lobby and try to discuss your private personal finances from across the room over everybody in the lobby. Very dangerous and if you do get robbed because of this common trick the police will not give you any sympathy they will tell you to be more careful next time when going to the bank in sunny south florida. The good reviews on this branch are all fake, they are from WF employees and hired marketing companies

BE Very careful about using their Bill Pay. I set it up...called customer service to confirm I have it properly set up... AND they tell me I have TWO payments going out! And I had an email confirmation of the one payment NOT two. GOOD luck... try another way to pay your bills but don't use Wells Fargo
