This DIRECTEXPRESS debit card. The services for card is a nightmare been with this update application for three months to make it work on my card. I have retirement benefits on this card a d can't event us the card application at all. I call this company and i get hang up,they do not want to deal with the set back. I 'am going to my social security disability main office. And change to well knowed miami branch
