I had a very nice first experience here, that is why I decided to come bank to open a second account for my mum. Unfortunately I wasn't lucky as the first time. The lady who was taking care of us, Miss LaQuina, was very rude and unprofessional, no patience at all to explain things, and at a point, just because I asked if she could have printed for us 2 paper explaining the type of account we were opening, she literally threw our documents on the desk and let us know she didn't want to continue serving us. We left and I just regret I didn't talk to the manager at that moment, Unacceptable behaviour. I will not be back.

If you're thinking about opening an account at TD, especially at this branch, you might want to read this: Recently, I had a checking account here, closed the account and called back to complain about the staff's conduct. After I made this complaint, the assistant manager, petra joseph, RETALIATED AGAINST ME BY ACCESSING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM TD Bank database, retrieved my phone number, and had another TD Bank employee phone me to threaten me, and harass me. I received the menacing call from the TD Bank Security employee who identified himself as "jim skarak." This individual spoke in a belligerent and loud manner and repeatedly stated that he was "ticked off" about an email he had received from the assistant manager. There is plenty of evidence by my own recordings and video surveillance at the bank branch itself, that allegations of petra joseph were fabrications. I have subsequently made numerous efforts to reach out to TD Bank management, in an effort to get them to protect my personal and sensitive information that I entrusted to TD Bank, from these two individuals. My requests to this bank's management to protect my information from them have been dismissed. Members of their security team like to claim that they take the sensitive information of their depositors' security "very seriously," however my information is still accessible to these two individuals, who have already shown that they are more than willing to retrieve my personal data, including my phone number, to harass me. It is beyond me, how the branch manager, caroll watson, could, not only condone what has happened, but go out of her way to protect these two people, instead of protecting a depositor's sensitive information from them!! I am still taking measures in contacting outside consumer protection authorities for assistance in protecting my information from these people!!! THINK TWICE ABOUT TRUSTING TD BANK!!!!
