This is the best IHOP franchise in the whole city of Pembroke Pines. We came down here to visit my family for a week and every late night we would dine in at this local place for a late night munch. Would always be greeted by the guy who worked there. From food all the way to the service provided, this place is excellent. Much cheers to the main guy working there and also one of the cooks. Will be back here December when I come back in the town!

Nothing like several cold clumps of cheddar cheese in your omelette. Waiter disappeared after food was served. Manager comes in grabs a coffee and disappears into the back office. No wonder his subordinates don't care. 6/11/20 For the limited amount of seating and how slow they are. Run out of breakfast ham. Live and dead flies on window ledge (inside). You'd think if they're supposed to clean even more, that would be cleaned. The handicap entrance blocked by table, so wheel chairs have to go around behind other vehicles to enter.. HINT IHOP.... THAT'S AN ILLEGAL ADA VIOLATION. Wish Taftv St Cafe was open. Because of them closed is only reason we ended up here today. 4/14/22 Food quality and portions are a lot better. The restaurants a lot cleaner. Some wait staff still need to be trained a lot better but that's probably anywhere you go nowadays. But major improvements since the last time I posted anything. It's good to see their manager actually doing something working he's out there on the floor helping in the kitchen cooking I didn't see any of that before. So like I said very good improvements

The restaurant is very tiny and you feel claustrophobic eating with the next table is just 1 feet away from you and waiters walking right behind you. Corona virus obviously not considered in here. However, even if the virus did not exist, I need 3 to 4 feet between me and the next table to feel comfortable. Food wasn’t bad.
