Positive: Clean spacious room and comfortable bed. Negative: Staff at check-in didn't mention complimentary breakfast or that there wasn't maid service. We didn't know that when we needed trash removed or fresh towels that we needed to put them out in the hallway and didn't need to buy groceries for breakfast.

Only stayed one night. We had 2 rooms which were very clean. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Pool was very clean too. Would stay again if ever that way.

Positive: I only was in contact with 2 employees and both were amazing. The first was Warren he worked the front desk at night. He was so welcoming and his spirit was so pleasant. Each time we needed anything he went over and beyond for our entire stay.

I don’t usually leave reviews but the smell in my room a throughout hotel is atrocious! Their response was it’s not then there is sewage across street and I think other potential customers should know that! It smells like boiled fart egg I’ve spent 20 mins gagging over smell. This ruined our romantic valentine get away. The room looked clean and breakfast was decent good eggs. Gentleman that worked night shift wore glasses and brought me pillows was very pleasant. They should look into lots of air fresheners or at least try to make it better who wants to sleep in a room that smells like sewage?
