Ordered a pizza, app said delivered, it was meter delivered. Called 5 times to check status. Employees answered 6 times but didn't speak until the 5th time. Was hung up on the 5th time so called for the 6th time. Supposedly they canceled the order. Waiting for a refund. Recommend just sticking with the non chain pizza spots in Pines

Well... My order came and it was still hot. But the jalapeno popper bites look nothing like they did online. There is no cheese or cream cheese in them. Just dry bread with jalapenos in it. My breadsticks we're supposed to come with blue cheese dressing but apparently nobody read the actual order and they just tossed the default pizza sauce in the box. Upside down. I remember now why I haven't ordered from here in a while...

I’ve been a Papa John’s customer for 20 years in five states. This store is the worst. Chronically late, cold, and often poorly cooked. I never get a straight answer when I call. “It’s on its way”, “it’ll be another hour”, “driver just arrived” - on the same phone call!

Hair in the pizza! Disgusting! The person on the phone said they know who it was, I get to the store and the manager brings all the "employees" to the front telling me the hair don't match. I told him look close the hair is baked into the cheese. I pulled a long string out of the pizza. He says, no that's no one here, like I went through all this for a $5 refund. What a joke, my kids were completely disgusted and we order pizza from there on the regular but not anymore.
