They just don’t answer the phone & it’s hard to even reach anyone there, but during my visit they were all non-stop talking on the phones..

I called yesterday since I have not received a call back for my son's glasses, and I was transferred several times to different people and no one can give me information on my son's glass; then I was hung up on! I tried calling back then got a busy signal. Today I called and the phone just kept ringing and ringing. Very unprofessional!

The eye doctor is great at this place however whenever I try to call on my days off to find if the place is open up there or closing early so I don't show up and they are closed 30 minutes early than what it says then online, they never answer the phone they need to change that.

They do have a location inside Arrowhead Mall that sees patients on Sundays.
We do take Medicaid plans for adults if they have an Avantage plan.
Maybe they didn't measure correctly for making lens. If you move the glasses around on your nose, is the vision better? If yes, they need to remeasure and remake the lenses
They have all the tools they need over there to correctly adjust your glasses.
Businesses get to choose their days to be closed. Hobby Lobby also closes on Sunday. Some restaurants close on certain weekdays.
