2 times now I get off the highway and I get to the store and the lobby is closed. Sign on the door said drive thru open. Not only was the drive-through not open no one would answer the phone. Mind you this is 3:30pm. Time for a new owner or for them to close. All they have to do is turn off the online ordering when it’s not available. Other stores and companies do this.

Honestly I don’t know why I keep going to Popeyes for fast food. The food is good on occasion, but a 50 minute wait in a drive-through is nowhere near fast. I need to stop using the app, because an order can’t be cancelled if you suddenly don’t feel like waiting an hour for a sandwich. Sauces forgotten, packaging covered in coleslaw mayo water. Not impressed.

Web site said open for dine-in, but when we arrived at 2:25pm on 3 April 2022, the dining room door was locked and only the drive thru was open. A couple months ago we had tried to dine-in there and found the dining room closed, but we had not checked the website that time. When we looked, it listed only drive thru, so no blame on Popeye's. We checked this time and the web site said it had been updated 4 days prior, so we're not happy to find it closed again.

Now this is some good chicken thats definitely worth the drive!!! They use real white meat for the nuggets and they are breaded just like the original chicken. The biscuit is soo buttery tasting and the cajun fries are delish👌 10/10 would recommend going here!
