Although this studio offers great classes they are very much out for money. Nothing more. I had to cancel for financial reasons and messaged them clearing with my intentions. They continued to charge me for two more months even with me not showing up for a single class as I thought my membership was cancelled! They were unwilling to refund my money and couldn’t care less how it affected my life. Just beware before you sign up giving them the access to charge you whenever they want. They will also charge you $10-$15 if you are unable to make a class and do not cancel 8 hours ahead! So if you hit traffic coming home from work or have something with work or family pop up they will charge you. They are all about taking your money and not at all about empowering healthy lifestyle.

Vicious cycle is amazing. My fiance and I do 2-3 spin class a week here and we love it. Friendly and inviting atmosphere whether you've taken a spin class before or are a seasoned pro!

Love Vicious! Great classes all around. I can balance my weekly workouts with cardio, strength and stretch. From spin to kickboxing to pilates, the instructors make the classes challenging while being attentive to personal injuries and correct form. The instructors also work out with you for motivation.

Yes! We have a Registered Dietitian on staff that you can meet with on an appointment basis.
We suggest doing 3 days of cardio (any spin class or kickboxing), 2 days of strength (strength training or TRX) and 1 active recovery day (yoga, barre or Pilates).
Our bikes are SPD compatible as well as suitable for sneakers, so it's up to you what you want to wear!
Honestly, all of our classes are beginner-friendly. Our instructors have a great deal of experience in the field and can easily modify or progress exercises based on your level. We just ask that if you are new, introduce yourself to the instructor at the beginning of class so we can ensure you are set up, feeling comfortable and able to accommodate any requests you may have.
We highly recommend wearing comfortable, supportive shoes no matter what activity you're doing. Additionally, staying hydrated is KEY, so make sure you bring a water bottle. We have water jugs here in case you run low but make sure you at least have your bottle with you! Lastly, make sure you wear breathable clothes! During the cooler seasons, we suggest wearing layers so you can stay warm until you get moving in class!
