After bringing 93 pieces of evidence that completely denounced claims brought by the other party, my mother was still given an order of protection due to "preponderance of evidence". The other party not only had no evidence, but was also given 24 hours to find some (which they didn't). This courthouse has given her incorrect information, a disgusting lack of justice, grossly mishandled evidence, and is still giving others the chance to harm her.

They must have more experienced staff who speak several languages. I understand that we are in America, but speaking several languages would be much better for a person who works in court and who provides a service and information since the person does not speak my language and I I speak a little English and in explaining what I needed through a translator on my cell phone she asked someone else for help because she didn't know what to do and the other person was upset that they asked for help.

Very poor customer service, only local people served well, my life was in danger and I went there but the girl on the counter dint even except my paper work for the protection order to proceed further. Very disappointing

Came here on a Tuesday morning (930ish) for an infant Passport application. It was super quick. No line when we showed up. Went through the papers, very helpful staff member who answered questions. We had everything prepared in advance so the entire process was less than 10 minutes.

No, you are required to bring them with you. Drug stores like Walgreens will shoot them and size them for you for a small cost.
Yes there is a large parking lot. Also parking here is free.
Sorry not sure about that.
Definitely, absolutely go to Superior Court. District Court does not handle any type of family law.
You have to go to court first.

You can either go to their website: https://www.kingcounty.gov/courts/district-court/court-dates-and-fees.aspx. Or call them at 206-205-9200

Ask the counter past security between the two courtrooms and they will look it up for you, but they won't be happy about it.
