The food was not that, but the service was terrible. My daughter ordered a soda and when she drank it, the server asked her what was she drinking but never brought her refill. My long island was more like sweet tea and when I told the server, he said that it was impossible, because the bartender was good. Well, not good enough then. Now the last complaint. Even though my food included dessert, the server never asked us what we wanted and decided not to stop by the table anymore. So, got charged for something I never got. But that is the last time. Horrible, won't go back.

I am so discussed. I ordered Uber eats and I was very excited to try my food I ordered steak fajitas the steak looked very disgusting I was looking around and I found raw pieces in there that wasn’t the only raw piece that was in there I have been vomiting since seeing that I ordered well done that is very disgusting I will not order from there ever again!

Not Really Impressed food was average service was slow and perhaps worst of all hostess just kept cramming people on top of each other when there was plenty of space to spread we were literally sitting basically with another family who we didn’t know and it was beyond annoying it’s been 2 years since my last visit to Chili’s and now I remember why!

So it's a chain restaurant. And it lives up to what it is. The benchmark of average that is the basis to use as a rating system. If your food and experience is worse than you get here, that is a terrible restaurant. If your food is better than what you get here then you found a decent place. So come out and enjoy the benchmark of average. I will say though. On this visit the server was awesome. So even here sometimes awesome can happen.
