Well, me and my husband have been here over a month and between Miss Deb, Angela, Brenda, Nicole, and Andrea this has been the most five star place we have been at. The staff is accommodating, kind, handy, sweet and overall AWESOME. The rooms are impeccable, clean and very worth the money spent to stay here with them! I'd recommend this extended stay 100 percent! You will LOVE IT! It is centrally located and perfect in every way

This is hands down the best! Clean, safe, quiet! Great room, caring staff (Amy is AWESOME!!!!!!!!) It is accommodating, fresh, and peaceful! Location is perfect and near all kinds of businesses and stores and we love it here! Thank you, Woodspring! We feel welcome and happy!

We stayed here about 3+ weeks & our stay was pretty great. The room we got was on the third floor, it was quiet most of the time during our stay. The room was clean & the ac worked great. The bathtub was clean as well & the only thing would be the bed that wasn’t as comfortable as one would like, but oh well. We stay at a lot of wood springs and we would definitely book here again if we’re in the area again. Also, there’s tons of parking in the front & some in the back area. It’s close to a longhorn steakhouse & a car wash. I don’t know where people saw bed bugs or roaches because our room was pretty good without any bugs & stuff. The only thing I would suggest is keeping the elevator clean & scented because dogs & cats are welcomed here and the smell stays in the elevator.

* Bed felt like a piece of plywood (not an exaggeration) * Bugs * Shower had no pressure and almost no water * Toilet didn't flush * Room was dirty and greasy * Fridge rusting away * Mold smell everywhere, including sheets * Refused to refund my remaining days when I left (EDIT: They refunded me after American Express got involved.) * Rude staff I have low standards, and they still blew me away with how bad they were. I would genuinely have rather slept in my car or under a bridge

They provide 2 white towels. We accidentally spilled coffee on one, rinsed it well and was charged $10 when i asked head housekeeper or whatever she does if we could swap. Went to Wal-Mart and got our own.jic. Plus they charge linen change fee $10 regardless we washed our own.
Call hotel front desk or corporate customer service. Also be aware they have kitchens in the rooms but you have to pay to get pots and pans dishes and wares.
No pool that I saw and I think if you rent for a week they give you a great deal
Don't listen to kirk mcguire. My husband and I stayed here for a month during our relocation and had a good experience. It's cleaner and better taken care of than any other extended stay in the area, and you can even get online coupons for weekly rates. I was also able to have my 3 cats there without anyone saying anything about it.
It varies per room style and time of year, but trust me, it's a good value
