Silver mountain is an incredible place to ski. The staff are all friendly and the mountain - despite being on the smaller side - is fun to explore. While I can’t speak to snow conditions throughout the season, it’s always been fantastic in March. I’m grateful that they still have an indoor area for people who bring their own lunches. This is a resort that remains true to the good old ski culture. Never change, Silver Mountain.

The outside of Silver Mountain is great, looks nice and new and well kept. We got the one bedroom condo for four nights and it was over $1300 total and the inside of the room is worn down. As you see the chair that is from the 70s had a nice tear in it. The extra entertainment stand took up unnecessary room. The room is much smaller than the picture on their site. The carpet is gross and the shower curtain looked like a plaid outfit from the 70s. The info they give you when you check in says housekeeping is Daily as you see below. We were there 4 nights and not once did we get any housekeeping. The elevators are the slowest we’ve ever seen and the food is greatly overpriced at the breakfast area and coffee place. Noah’s Restaurant was actually very good and the service was great and not overly priced. The staff overall is not super friendly by any means. We weren’t given a map when we checked in. Had no idea about how to get to the ski hill until my husband started asking around. Overall we won’t go back, the water park is great but not anything better than triple play just 45 min away.

If it was up to me, this place would be infamous for its large amount of black-level runs for skiing and snowboarding. There is seemingly no end to its black runs and plenty of them for all. This is not to say that Silver Mountain is at a lack for green, blue and double black runs. It's the home of many of each of the aforementioned. This place is owner of many of my personal favorite runs that provide a great challenge, such as Sunrise and Terrible Edith. Runs like these are sure to keep you on your toes. While I cannot speak for those of you attending the Mountain in the summer, I most definitely have enjoyed this resort in the winter many a time. My single and only complaint is that some of the runs lack proper and regular grooming. If not for this subtle flaw, Silver Mountain would easily earn five stars as my favorite ski resort in America.

All around an amazing ski/snowboard resort. Water park, lodging, mountain biking, golfing and plenty of fine shops. Best of all, the amount of space you have to play with is unmatched for the price you pay compared to other resorts in the area(nothing against any resort). Been here more than a dozen times and won't be stopping anytime soon.

I work at silver mountain .. Pet are alowd and you can take them on the Gondola ride to the top of the mountain
Depends on your service provider. I had great service on the mountain.
Reentry with the wristbands they give ya
Yes, they have tubing available! It's very fun, my kids loved it!! Bundle up, it gets windy up there!
Gondola ride runs about 25$ I believe I got free rides through work and there are days that it is free, :) call up there and ask just to make sure the days
Waterpark is included with all resort stays. And yes they have ski packages.
Glorious?
Just call the front desk they should have your confirmation
They are usually busy getting bikes ready for people who rented bikes.
$35.95 per adult.
I don't think so, but there are places elsewhere I'm surr
2200' of resort vert but you can ride the gondola line down if conditions are right & you know where you're going for a total of 3600' + ;)
Not that I am aware of
Yes their is! You can ride the gondola up to the top of the mountain. And put your extra stuff into a locker and get suited up at the top of the mountain in a heated area.
The gondola runs all night but you can’t ride on them from about after 6 PM
There's a huge open lot across the road from the lodge. Easy walking distance.
June. It is on their website under events calendar section.
I believe so
Looks like Leadman is April 20. Usually closes soon after that. Then reopens the trails within a couple of weeks for biking.
Some are loud, some are quiet. It depends on the dog. You can bring the dog on the gondola; you can't take him in the food court. You cant take them skiing but you can take them snow shoeing. There is no pet care.
No, unfortunately there aren't snowmobile rentals.
Good question. Call the general manager for the list or you can Google it.
Lol. No.
I believe you have to be 18 but call the resort to be sure.
Not anymore. There haven't been any around here in 10 years
You just need to know how to ride a bike but you will be limited to the top of the mountain until your skills progress.
I'm not sure if the establishment offers any services for dog sitting. You could call them to inquire.
Indoor water park. Golf. Mountain biking on ski hill. Gondola rides. Bike trails in town.
Don't know since I'm not an employee
The snow tubing is only open in April the 1st, 6th, 7th and 8th. Then you'd have to wait till next year. And the only day out of these days left for booking is the 6th, which is a Friday. Booking times are 9 am, 11 am and 1 pm. Once you have booked, you'll have 2 hours to have fun. Pricing is $22.00 per adult (18-61) $20.00 per child (4-17) $7.00 per toddler (2-3) Hope this answers your questions. Have fun!!
You may want to make sure the person who reserved it puts it in your name before you get there.
18$ 4 adults. 14$ for seniors & youth
Not many get seriously injured a few scrapes and a bruise will be the worst. The wave pool actually requires a specific wristband and a waver to be signed to gain full access. (Standing requires a waver as previously mentioned) Personally i dont know of anyone who's been injured badly riding the wave pool.
You can also use the river and the sun if you're feeling frugal👍
Just left there. You return equipment at the end of the rental period not each day. There's lockers in the hotel on the first floor to store them overnight so you could keep your room dry.
Well silver normally shuts down the gondola anything above 65mph but it doesn't happen a lot.
