I wish I could give a zero star. First time at this location, and I hope my last one. I had an URGENT Ultrasound scheduled in advance, arrived before the time, and 20 minutes later, the front desk called me and said they had to reschedule because the order was not signed and they needed to be signed. The order had the Doctor's information and was electronically signed. We asked if they could call the doctor’s office, and they said no because she had another appointment in the next hour. So, I can wait 20 minutes to be informed that they can do the procedure, but the next patient can’t? When I asked why this what I communicated beforehand, her answer was: it is not my job. Unbelievable.

Wish I could give zero stars. Do not go there for an MRI with contrast. They messed up my first MRI and had me come back on August 30th for a redo. When I arrived at 6:30am, after fasting, I was told by the front desk that they couldn’t do my MRI and was unsure of why I was even scheduled because they didn’t have a doctor on site and a physician was needed for contrast. Then they said they showed me on the schedule two days later, which I was unaware of, only to be told that I shouldn’t plan to come that day either for the same reason. I was then told to call scheduling and set up another time for imaging. Not a single apology or explanation of why I needed to redo the MRI to begin with, other than the fact that the IV wasn’t in my vein so the fluid filled my arm rather than go through my system for the imaging.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our ultrasound technician, Jennifer, was incredible and comforting. We were there for our child, and even though the circumstance wasn’t great, we left having had a pleasant experience.
