The Truth

Food was good. Before I left, I overheard a waitress state to another employee "$8 tip on a $52 tab". I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. The dining area was maybe half full, probably less. Your tips are also reflective of the time the customer has to wait. I almost walked out.

Stopped in this am, apparently in Cleveland one of few places that wants you to come in and sit down, had a FANTASTIC steak omelet, Mrs. Carrie was my hostess, the food was simply awesome, Mrs. Carrie's smile, friendly attitude and overall body language just added to the already great food, she was an amazing hostess with an amazing smile and friendliness, wish the world was like her in the mornings......great job IHOP, you did well today

The host was complaining about management to the customers! The customers could hear the restaurant was out of milk. Our waitress was nice brought out our breakfast the hash browns were cold I could see the orders stacked on the shelf in the kitchen. The problem was the servers had to wait for the utensils to come out of the dishwasher! I'm certain food supply & staff shortages are to blame. It's too expensive to eat out and have these issues for this reason we rarely go out to eat anymore...

Service was awful and didn’t place half my order, extremely short staffed. But the food was decent and warm.
