We came in this evening with our 100-lb dog who was having severe pain with a distended abdomen. We were taken in immediately and within 20 minutes, our dog had tests and the doctor was talking to me. Dr. Tubman was phenomenal. She gave me our surgical options but reassured me that it was not wrong to think about end of life. She made our decision so comfortable and easy. The rest of the process was quick and every staff member I encountered was sympathetic and kind. It was a rough evening but they made it a smooth and comforting process.

These folks were super helpful today in helping get things cleaned up and dressed for my mom's dog who'd gotten attacked by an unknown animal. I'm not sure what we'd have done without them. EDIT: I've now gone to them twice. My dog had been having bouts of pancreatitis for a couple of weeks when he went downhill fast. Took him here where they used ultrasound to find the real issue, his gallbladder was diseased and causing him severe pain, about to rupture. Fortunately we found out in time and was able to get him to a specialist for surgery the next day. If we hadn't came here we'd never have known it was curable.

Took our Yorkie who was on the verge of death (literally) and they took him immediately. Hooked him up to IV’s and had to keep him overnight. The next morning they had already called our vet (Lake Forest animal hospital) and told them we would be bringing Harley in. He left the IV in in case she needed to give more meds. They were all so nice and compassionate. Because of their quick actions my Harley is now just as healthy as before..
