Bad customer service.

Never staffed enough. Don't want you inside for deposits or withdraws. But then they never have enough people at the drive thru so it's always a 30 min wait for the littlest things. Also if you have any issues the people that can fix problems are never around. They need to be emailed or called later that day or the next day. I will still bank with TD, but won't come back to this branch.

My mom who is 77 years old, was waiting to be served at the Drive Up Banking window. While in line she was approached by a belligerent man who approached her car and knocked on her window. The man was verbally aggressive towards her. She notified the Supervisor in the bank via her cell phone, who told my mom that they would send someone out to help her. Nobody ever responded to help her. When she finally got to the window visibly shakened and frightened by the incident, as she was telling the teller about the incident and asking why nobody had come out to help her the Supervisor interrupted their conversation and told my mother that she needed to park her car and come inside. When my mom got inside the bank the Supervisor completely ignored my mom and carried on a long conversation with another coworker. Long story short they lied about sending someone out to help this 77 year old woman who is supposed to be a valued customer. The police were finally called. And all I can say is that if you value your safety and that of your women and elderly family members, there are other banks that will help you and that have Security. Terrible the way my mother was treated and at least 2 Supervisors were onsite and are aware of what happened and did nothing to help her.

Horrible customer service it was a very unpleasant experience. The customer service staff are very unfriendly, in fact I closed my account, I prefer a bank where they give some guidance to the staff on how to treat customers 😡

Usually they only have one teller taking care of 2 lines on the drive thru. Makes it very slow. The service is good once you get thru the line.
