Please close this location down, food is always old, that’s if they even have it . 95% of the time they’re out of everything but orange chicken. Why even open if you don’t have rice or noodles. Please give us something good at this location.

Update: 05 04 2020 this establishment is very clean and well maintained. The food is well prepared and the presentation is excellent. Staff member Ms Celien S was very helpful and accommodating to my request. Thank you to all the staff for an excellent dine-in experience. This Panda Express 🐼 is a 62 mile drive from my home. It is definitely worth the drive to be served in the cleanest Panda Express that I have been to in Tennessee!! The food presentation, preparation, and taste are far above any that I've had in the state. The staff are to be commended for their commitment to serving the public with selfless dedication. Ms Alex brightened my day with her professional demeanor and infectious joy 😂. Thank you for making my day brighter.. A very satisfied customer 😀

This location needs to be looked at by corporate. I've gotten uncooked rice before but thus is the last straw for me... Double Broccoli Beef with no beef.

This Panda Express has disappointed me multiple times. They are always out of steamed rice and green bean chicken. I feel like the rice especially should be a staple but they only carry fried. Today I finally asked to speak to a manager and he told me they are not making steamed rice on purpose so they have enough for fried rice. I understand if they are out of a menu item every once an a while but feel like they should consistently carry all items on their menu. Each time I've asked the staff about the rice or chicken they are rude and impatient with me. They obviously do not care about me as a customer. I would hope they would step up their customer service and would not recommend them until they do.
