Excellent breakfast of french toast, scrambled eggs and bacon and server Shellie provided outstanding service with a great friendly attitude!! Thank you Cracker Barrel and Shellie for making our breakfast stop during our road trip back home in the Smokies a memorable one. God bless.

We have had some awesome experiences here, especially my last one on Mother's Day. The wait time was relatively short, the facility was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly. Our waitress, Tiffany went above and beyond for us and really helped to make my day. We would eat here all of the time, if we could afford to and my toddlers weren't such a handful to take out. Thankfully, there is a lot to occupy them here and prices are so reasonable. Thank you to the staff for some great experiences!

We had a great server! She created a gluten free meal for my Dad that was GREAT!! My Mom and I ordered fried catfish and it wasn't good at all, plus they were out of two of the sides that we wanted.

It's been many years since my last experience at a Cracker Barrel. Unfortunately, maybe it was a bad day for the cooks, but this location under-delivered for dinner. After a long day of traveling, we were looking forward to some hot, tasty food. Unfortunately, 3 out of 4 of our entrees were cold and lacked seasoning. The chicken fried steak was well -seasoned, but cold. The only saving grace this evening was Olivia, our server. Not counting them out forever, but at least for this trip.

Does anyone know why, that during a seating capacity limitations at C B. Ooltawah why they would not use a number system for seating. My party of 4 remained standing and waiting for 1.5 hours while 5 groups of 2 party were seated ahead of us, even though they arrived 15 thru 45 minutes after our arrival. The hostess originally stated our wait would be 20 minutes or less, turned into 1.5 hours before we finally left to eat dinner at shanes BBQ. 5x2 equals 10 if i recall but they said they were under a seating limiation either way, it worked out for us because, those that were seated was waiting to order with no drinks as we departed. Thanks, for any real answers.
I didn't check but it's probably easier to go on line rather than over the phone
Yes! Cracker Barrel is open during regular business hours on Thanksgiving Day and serving a traditional Thanksgiving meal beginning at 11 am. Make sure to use the Online Wait List to lessen your wait time.
You have to wear a mask up until the time that you're seated once you sit at the table you can take your mask off and eat the food. Once you get up from the table you have to put the mask back on
