Worst experience of a first time apartment staff are very Rude and disrespectful and will get in your business and tell you that you can’t have anyone on the phone when in office and communicating with office staff As well as they get in your personal business and tell you you should manage your finances better if you’re late on rent not only that they will charge you plenty of fees multiple different various of times not just one late fee I’m being taken to court and I’m only 19 days past due and had the money on the 11th and I was told that if I wanted to handle it my own self and pay online instead of in person I would have to deal with those fees as well parking experience and parking spaces are not very well managed as well your car will get towed for any and every little thing and you will be charged a total of 350+

My daughter lives there and she is very happy. Your expectations can not be very high based on what you pay for rent. I enjoy visiting her and the place is not as bad as some people make it out to be.

I’ve lived here since 2019, Haven’t really had many problems. Anything gets fixed when I need it to, The maintenance people are always nice. Bernice and Leslie in the front office are always very understanding anytime we have any personal issues. It’s pretty quiet on our end for the most part. Rent is decent for all bills paid considering the current inflation and housing crisis. We started our family here, there are plenty of kids for our child to play with, neighbors are nice. Only thing I would change is the appearance, like a fresh color for the buildings to make it more welcoming and a few in house renovations. Other than that, just grateful to always have a roof over our heads that is affordable .

I've lived here 8 years and the ladies in the office are always super friendly and take care of business quickly and efficiently. Maintenance crew is just as awesome! 😊 I come home late at night from traveling and security is on patrol. I haven't had any issues here. It's been a great experience here and all bills paid is nice ☺️
