This store is ridiculous. The last few times ordering from them and had it delivered it was wrong every time. And the manager will not make it right unless you jump thru hoops. Or not at all. I will drive to crossville before I order from them again.....paying for bad service and lazy behavior is very frustrating.

Nice place to get a pizza in a hurry. They didn't have any of their hot and ready pizza's ready. But they took my order and within 10-15 minutes it was done and I got to leave. Employees were friendly and all.

Rockwood -They wouldn't answer phone when I called for a go order. When I got there no one was in restaurant. There was 4 kids and they was running in and out of restaurant getting into a van on side of restaurant. No pizza came out for 45 minutes. And that was for us. Will not go back!!!! Teens was not doing there job.

I ordered 2 pizza's and a cheesy bread. One pizza was the everything toppings. It was not good at all. It's like they didn't cook it long enough. Not done. The second pizza was just pepperoni and it wasn't cooked all the way. Cheesy bread was perfect. It will be awhile before I go back.
