Every time we try to eat here the workers are not ever knowledgeable about their menu. This time around it was their sassy manager who proceeded to tell us they didn’t have a hot ham and cheese meal anymore, when it is clearly on their website and menu that they do. I will be driving to Harriman Hardee’s from now on!

Green Beans

Cashier handed me my change and said "I'm fifteen cents short with your change. See, we're out of change too " (They didn't have tater tots) She didn't ask me "do you have the change"or "do you have fifteen cents", she just shorted me. It's only fifteen cents, but when you short your customers like this all day, I'm sure it adds up to something that she wanted. Pitiful practice that cheapens Hardee's reputation.

The worker at the window for breakfast yelled at my sons this morning and hurried them as they were ordering, would not use coupons which ended up costing us more. Her dirty attitude matched her obviously nasty hygiene! We, the public, shouldn't have to see and smell a worker that gross! I've been upset all day over this! Shame on her!
