Customer service is excellent. Website and digital library are user friendly and during Covid19 a great resource when I was unable to browse the library. I recently picked up a book I had on hold. It was a very short wait. I highly recommend people to support their library systems.

Lack of parking is a huge problem. Librarians are rude, don't seem to want to be at work or help anyone. I refuse to go into this location, I drive past it most of the time to go to Camano, which you are always treated with a big smile and a welcoming hello.

Wi-Fi is available 24 hours a day if you stay near the building. The name of the Wi-Fi network is "sno-isle public." There is no password required for access.
