There's so much that is good about this Denist and his staff. There is a sense of belonging amongst the staff that just relaxes me. They remember who I am, even after a 2yr absence. They are always making sure I'm comfortable and explain each step they're taking during a visit. One of the staff grew up with Dr. Macks as her dentist and went to work for him. Now that's saying something. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. They care.

I have been going to Dr. Alan Mack's practice for close to 2.5 years now. I really like the way he does his Dentistry. He is careful and caring in the way he does his procedures. He is always checking on you to make sure that you are comfortable. He is always aware of your pain level and management. His staff is very friendly and kind. His hygienists are fun to be around . They chat with you, tell jokes, tell you of their experiences, all while they are performing their duties. They too are always checking on your comfort level. The Ladies at the front desk are great. They remember your name and greet you kindly when you come in. They do their best to get you into the dentist as quickly as possible. This is probably the best Dentists office I have ever been to in my entire life. Kudos to you and your staff Dr. Macks!! Thank you
