Bright now Tacoma is clean and bright. The staff is respectful, courteous and professional. Dr. Wan is a magician when it comes to straightening teeth. I thought because of my advanced age and extremely crooked teeth she wouldn't be able to help. But I started seeing results right away. I am extremely pleased with her and the staff. If one of the staff members is having a bad day, you'd NEVER know it!

I have experienced very unprofessionally at this location. I scheduled to do Invisalign a month ago and paid the full amount (more than a thousand) to get disrespected by a staff that said she wanted to reschedule to another day due to short staff. She called me just an hour before the appointment. I took a day off from work and got ready for the appointment but they did that to me. Very disappointed in this place.

Great staff! Very nice and quick with exam/cleanings. The Dr. Was very nice and explained treatment very well. Patient care coordinators are welcoming and very explanatory when it comes to treatment plans.

Absolutely terrible! I would definitely stay away from this place. I had two fillings done on a Thursday and went back Monday for a cleaning. 10 minutes into the cleaning and one of the fillings cracked. Their response was a gross indifference. The manager said they would take care of it but I certainly have no faith in their workmanship. They are the dental equivalent of a mechanics hack and whack shop. Get you in and out and get as much money out of you as possible
