This place is a joke don’t work for them unless you really need the $$ . Management is a laughing stock except a few but most of the managers are goofies

It's says that they try to deliver yesterday but the "business " was closed. What business? Because I'm been HOME waiting all day yesterday and today. It is not a business but a house. Oh and the front door is always open. 😡

I figure since there are a million bad reviews, that I should share that I had a very good experience. Package was a day late but that's fine in my situation. Driver was very polite and even walked through falling shingles from my roof to hand me my package.

I was to have medication delivered in 1 - 2 days and it's been a week and nobody knows where it is! Insurance won't refill it unless the pharmacy puts in a claim against FedEx which they are going to do, this is a disgrace! Putting my health at risk is unacceptable. They can't even find it with the tracking number provided.
My order has been saying it was on the delivery truck since Wednesday 16th which was the delivery date but when I called they said that they scanned it but never actually put it on the truck. I told them someone should lose their job for screwing with people who depend on fedex delivery
I'm trying to get a 125 lb. pkg delivered but it keeps saying it will be delivered by end of day, but hasn't for days. Why did they send it there if they can't deliver? When will I get it? Cust. Serv. is no help overseas. I need it! Thx!

Is it being delivered thur FedEx?? If so you should be able to call FedEx tracking and track your package. Let me know how that goes.
Bad service I been waiting for a package for like 2 weeks and still haven’t recieved it. It’s goes from barrington NJ to Edision NJ and then it returns to barringtonNj since July 28 it did that twice and never gets to Brooklyn location???

The 1800 Go FedEx number is NOT helpful! I’ve had a $1000 laptop lost for the last 3 days (3/24-3/26) and the customer service will not let me talk to someone at the warehouse directly. Can anyone give me the number of the Barrington NJ warehouse?
Honestly they probably can't find your address, if they cant find where to deliver the box it goes back to the warehouse
My package left the Barrington location . Can you please know where it will be shipped next so I may pick it up . I cannot wait until it’s delivered tomorrow .

Saturday was my first day on the job so as of right now, I dont know if they have a damaged packages area but I do know that they aren't supposed to ship damaged packaged until they have been inspected. You will have to call FedEx to get more clarity to your question. That's all the advice I can offer at the moment.
