My first experience ever going to an eye doctors and it was really great. I don't want to say I was nervous but I guess I wasn't sure what to expect - luckily all of the staff here is super awesome! There was a bit of a wait but not long and the woman who did my pre screening was super thorough and patient. Dr. George was also very lovely and patient with me as well! She was very thorough and explained things to me since this was all new to me. I ended up doing a full exam and then leaving with a prescription . Victoria helped me out with that process from beginning to end and helped me stay within budget and within what my insurance covered. My glasses were ready in about a week and it was super easy to pick them up! I definitely recommend!

This place is a scam. Dr George is unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate patients who have been loyal to the office for years. Additionally, upon calling the office, the employee who answered the phone was screaming at someone else to “grab the other one” then immediately put me on hold without any greeting or request to hold. I have waited 4-6 weeks for my contacts/glasses to be delivered after I’ve been promised they will arrive within a week, they are rude and fabricate patient chart information. Overall, this is a extremely poorly ran office and I recommend going literally anywhere else.

I stopped at Southampton to see if they could get my eyeglasses adjusted properly because the Fairless Hills store optical area was not very pleasant nor wanted to help (besides Tracy) which was very aggravating after spending almost $1500 on my husband's and my glasses. SO at Southampton was GREAT! Kevin Pouy the manager over there was so helpful and not only did he fix both of my glasses but ordered new lenses for me because my measurements were off. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I finally feel like I'm going to start seeing better soon. And we will be getting my husband's 2nd pair from that location. We don't have insurance but we do spend good money on our vision.

Starting with booking appointment Sarina very professional and friendly. Day of exam. I was greeted temperature scan performed all staff wear masks and masks are required for clients. Dr. Amy George seems to be very caring and competent, meticulous and knowledgeable. She took her time to perform a thorough exam. Tammy was last person to assist me. She took her time making sure my prescription is filled with the options I wanted. Up to this point I am very pleased with the services offered. Next will be how well they fulfill on glasses pick up.
