My husband and I decided to get two different pieces of jewelry from this jewelry store and the pieces of jewelry here and they are beautiful. With that siad, if you have existing jewelry that needs to be repaired, I would respectfully recommend that you look elsewhere.

Where do I even start?! This business is a joke. They will not answer calls and they will keep your jewelry for months at a time with no updates at all regardless on the agreed upon time frame. I finally have my precious jewelry back but they are absolutely ruined. Do not leave your pieces here, they will not take care of them or you!!!!!!!!! I went to Crawford Fine Jewelers instead (which is very close to this store) and they were WONDERFUL!!!!!

I called this place to get help. The phone rang and rang. Then a lady answered 11/23/2021 at 3:05PM. I asked and she was in a hurry that I didn't even finish my 2nd question as I was going to say, "do you know of any place who will buy a wedding ring.? But no she cut off my comm. I do believe that if you work with people, give them a chance to communicate and who knows they may refer you as you helped them. To me I will never refer this place unless that employee gets corrected. I understand all are busy including myself but TRUST me EVERYONE has time to pause, be friendly and kind. I asked the same question I was going to ask here at Robbins Brothers. This person was so kind and helpful that she gave me places where I can check.

HORRIBLE service!!!!!!!! My husband and I used to come here a fews years back and the boys were such a joy to work with. Now that Jordan and his brothers have left.... this place has changed for the worst. They're rude and condescending and even roll their eyes at you!!! I think she is the boys mother. what a shame.... its like night and day between her and her sons. i value mom and pop shops but the lady is not a people person and will only try to get money out of you. I will NOT trust my jewelry with these people anymore. Ann kept calling me with different quotes after i agreed on a few thousand dollars for a repair with her. Ridiculous!!! i would give this negative stars if i could. Wish i could find out where the boys are. theyre work is amazing.
