Apartment complex kept immaculate friendly neighbors

I gave a very nice review last year Boy how things have changed! There are a hand full of children both boys and girls who are totally destroying this property. They are breaking branches from all the beautiful young trees that are in bloom, destroying the dumpsters. Ringing door bells. Hitting vehicles with footballs and basket balls. Going into vacant apartments znd raising havoc. There is no parent supervision. They destroy signage and anything else they please. No one does a dam thing about it. I need to move. Would no longer recommend this as a nice place to live.

There's a minimum income...and max income...but rheir not low income housing...their affordable housing...more restrictive..
