This is the second visit and the first visit and last visit . I went for a respiratory infection . My shoulder was also hurting me since I was there I asked the Nurse practitioner to look at it . She told me I was there for respiratory infection I needed to contact my pcp and turned around and walked . I was In so much pain continued to the next day which was a Saturday . I drove into Ardmore to Rothman urgent care could not wait until Monday since Urgent Care here said they would not see me turns out it was a rotator cuff injury 2 weeks out of work and 6-8 weeks of PT . Second visit We did curbside checkin my son was coughing a lot and did not want to sit in the waiting room . They did not call my phone sat in an empty parking lot for almost An hour . When we came into check on our appt . They did not check with any one to see what happened . We waited another 20 minutes . They did not follow up . They had cancelled our appt and did not notify us . Did not apologize and were very rude when my son was seen after me asking them to physically find out what happened . When they took us back did not say they would address the person at registration that made the error . Nurse practitioner was rude . Did not prescribe anything to help. . Will not go back again . My son still sick . Chest is hurting from coughing . Will have to call the family doctor on Monday so he can be reevaluated and treated same as I was .

Already Spent 1 hr and 20 mins.. waiting.. still waiting.. app said current wait is 9 mins.. and there is only 7 people ahead. I have seen at least 15 people went in..

Disappointed with my last experience to say the least. I brought my daughter in on 10/22 bc she complained of a sore throat. I explained to reception that I myself had recently been diagnosed with strep so I brought her over right away even though there weren’t many other symptoms. After waiting 1.5 hours to be taken back, her vitals were checked and we waited another 45 minutes before someone, I have no idea who, came in and informed me they were there to do the strep test. No provider ever examined her. Stunned, because it was now almost 8 PM, this person, myself, and a third women had to HOLD DOWN my terrified 4 year old in order to do a strep test. Again, NO EXAM WAS DONE. The most egregious part is that following the swab, the woman who collected it commented that there was BLOOD on it from my daughters throat. Again, even after this, no provider came in to examine her. So, we wait another 10 minutes and I receive the negative results through the portal and after 10 more minutes, still nobody comes into the room. So, I peak out and the woman who helped get the swab is sitting at a desk and I tell her I already have the results and my daughter is exhausted and upset and we would really like to leave if they aren’t going to do anything for us. She said, well they might give her a Covid test. I said absolutely not considering it took 3 grown women to hold her down the fist time. She said she completely understood and we could go. I took my daughter and left. Today as I write this review, on 10/24, there is STILL no aftercare report and no notes. I find this unacceptable and below the basic standard of care that I have come to expect from LVHN. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience until now, but this was a doozy and my daughter was borderline traumatized.

Worst care i’ve ever had in my life, I took my wife yesterday as she has been suffering from cold for few days, it was around 7.15pm and two CRNPs visited my wife and prescribed medicine to be picked from pharmacy with no detail level inspection, they were hurry to go home after shift, i called today to discuss this over the phone with one of call center representatives, she was not at least listening to my concern and may be she was playing games on her mobile. Wasting money.they just want you in and go, only thing they do better getting your insurance details and copay. I would never recommend this place in fogelsville,PA.
