Time for Builders First Source to just compete the transition. The old Shone guys hate working here now and don't give a rip about the customers. Just give them early retirement so you can put your new people in. I'm sure you are tired of dealing with walk in customers anyway. Its's frustrating to be told everyday. "I'm just putting in my last 2 years so I can retire" Then they proceed to screw up my order.
