This company is horrible by far the worst trash service that we have had thus far. They don't tell you that there are certain Federal holidays that they do pick up trash on and when you think they're one day behind because of that federal holiday they've actually already come through and then want to try and charge you for coming back to pick up the trash

I just moved in. They charge a $30 new customer set-up fee. The trash can is already at the house. They already service the street. The phone call to switch things over to my name took 5 minutes and took virtually no effort on their part. Why am I being charged a $30 fee? If you’re going to charge a fee you should be able to justify it. What poor customer service.

I switched from Eagle to Caulers and can not be happier. They have never missed a day of picking up our recyclables and trash, even if they are running late. Great service

We called in July to start service. They said it would ‘take a few WEEKS’ to get toters and took my CC number to charge $30 start up fee. They called in august to say they needed the CC number again. Paid the $30 online. One month later, still no toters. Emailed and was told that they told us ‘a few MONTHS’ to get toters. Since that’s not what we were originally told, I asked to be canceled and for $30 refund and was told they don’t give refunds… This was false advertising and will not work with them in the future. A shame
