The woman at the service office was rude as could be when I called to pay my bill. I was late but the rude attitude for trying to pay was unprofessional and not needed. I have dropped service due to the unprofessional and Conniving woman that works for they’re customer service. Would not recommend unless you like being treated like dirt.

Our driver is very considerate. We have seen the wind knock over some totes at the end of our road and he picks up what he can around them. He always leaves our totes easily accessible.

Our trash is picked up on Tuesday when Monday is a holiday.
They provided us with round blue ones for recycling and larger rectangular containers that their trucks can pick up mechanically for regular trash. If you don't need either of them, then you should call and ask them to pick it back up. It may have been delivered to the wrong address and they need to be aware that there is a customer who is still waiting for their collection container.
