Does no one clean now! The place was so nasty. Floors dirty. Wood work dirty, chair legs sticky looking, carpet nasty, from poor cleaning practices. If this is what you see in dinning room what does the kitchen look like. Food was cold and not fresh. So disappointed in the corporate management of Wendys. If the inspectors don't care you find the whole chain is the same. Pitiful!!

The Food was extra hot and super fresh. The Staff here at this particular location was extremely kind to me and my guests. I had a brief conversation with the GM at the drive thru window. She was in her 20s, blonde, well mannered and oh so sweet. Her and the cashier really took to my southern hospitality. We had such a great time during our visit here!! I will be visiting this restaurant more often from now on.. Thanks wendys team ♡

We stopped at Wendy's in Madisonville for the first time this afternoon. 3 stars is for cheerful employees only. The food was the worst I've ever had from any Wendy's ever. The burgers were stone cold instead of "hot n juicy" they were "cold and dry" the cheese didn't even melt...at all! See photo! If you think the food "looks" great it didn't "taste" great. No one wants cold food. I felt like I just threw hard earned money out the window. The commercial running on t.v. every day in 2021 and 2022 says hot crispy fries guaranteed! How about soggy, limp and lukewarm fries for everyone! The buck stops with management. Get rid of your old food when the timer goes off. The food we received should not have been served to any customers, ever! Very disappointed!

This location does not have the freshest of food. The new, " crispy" fries were lukewarm and soggy, I had to toss about 1/3 of the bun away on my burger for the lack of a hamburger patty on it, and my daughterreceived the wrong dressing for her salad. These errors are pretty frequent here. However, they do have good chili and fresh salads.
